The Brobyggerne Association offers subscription-based membership at www.brobyggerrne.dk. The terms and conditions apply between the individual member and the Brobyggerne Association.
These terms and conditions of use apply to agreements between the Brobyggerne Association and one natural person (hereinafter referred to as "the Member") regarding Membership. Only persons aged 18 or older may enter into an agreement with the Brobyggerne Association regarding Membership.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Member and the Association Brobyggerne.
To access the Membership, the Member must read and accept the terms and conditions.
Scope of the service
Membership gives the Member access to the services of the Association Brobyggerne as specified in the order.
Access to membership
In order to gain access to the Membership, the Member must register a user account on the portal.
Registration and user access
The Member is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration. When registering, the Member may only provide information relating to their own payment and credit cards.
Upon registration, the Member must provide a username and password (hereinafter referred to as "Login Details"). The Member's Login Details are personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise stated on the product.
The member must store the login information in a secure place so that others cannot gain unauthorized access to it. The member is responsible for all use of their member account.
If the Member suspects illegal use of the Member's Login Information, the Member must immediately notify the Brobyggerne Association and change their password.
Fees and Payment
Fees for using the Membership must be paid in accordance with the current price list available on the website.
Payment for the subscription is made in advance each year.
The member must pay for the subscription using the payment methods offered by Foreningen Brobyggerne on its website. The user undertakes to sign the necessary documents and to have sufficient funds available via the chosen payment method on each payment date.
Adjustments and changes
The Brobyggerne Association reserves the right to change the fee and other conditions of membership. The change must be notified to the Member no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, the Member is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the date on which the change takes effect. If the Member does not terminate the subscription before the change takes effect, it shall be deemed to have accepted the change. Changes that are clearly to the Member's advantage shall apply immediately without the Member having the right to terminate the subscription.
Canceling your subscription
Membership may be terminated at the end of the payment period of one month from the date of the most recent payment. To terminate your agreement, please use the link provided on the front page or contact the Brobyggerne Association via kontakt@91.229.236.31.
Payment
The Brobyggerne association accepts online payments via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, and Mobilepay Online.
Payment will only be debited from your account once membership has been established, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark – Danish kroner (DKK)
The Brobyggerne association uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using SSL protocol, which means that your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
The Brobyggerne association's own website also uses SSL protocol encryption.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is one week for physical goods. Membership is automatic.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for membership, as the nature of the product is such that, under Danish law, no right of return can or should be granted. Read more on the Consumer Ombudsman's website.
Condition of goods upon return
Applies only to purchases of the Bridge Builder game: You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means that you may try the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it will be considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Foreningen Brobyggerne to assess the condition of the item.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others; it is only stored in our membership database. You can have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Foreningen Brobyggerne, we require the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
We register your personal data for the purpose of providing you with the services included in your membership.
Personal data is registered with the Brobyggerne Association and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this always takes place with your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what data is collected and why.
The secretary general and employees of the Association Brobyggerne have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store or transmit customer information in encrypted form.
As a registered member of Foreningen Brobyggerne, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information that has been registered about you.
