Brobyggerne – Center for Dialogkaffe is looking for a structured and service-oriented secretary who can manage administrative tasks and help ensure that our office runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calendar Management and Travel Planning
- Paying bills and other financial tasks
- Coordinating the association's events and handling practical tasks related to those events
- Managing the association's main email account
- Handling ongoing administrative ad hoc tasks
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a similar position
- Can work in e-conomic or has experience with a similar accounting system
- Works independently and is service-oriented
- Is organized and good at keeping track of the big picture
- Takes responsibility and thrives in a work environment with a wide variety of tasks
- Focuses on solutions rather than limitations

This is a part-time position (2–3 workdays per week), and we are looking to fill it as soon as possible.
A little about us
Almost seven years ago, we launched Brobyggerne – Center for Dialogkaffe. Brobyggerne was founded to strengthen dialogue, tolerance, and understanding among people with different views, values, and ways of life. We aim to foster a society that resolves its conflicts and disagreements through words and reason—not through violence and threats.
Today, there are just a handful of us working in the secretariat, and the association has more than 9,000 members.
We work to build bridges through projects, courses, and activities across the country, and we are now looking for a talented colleague to take charge of our members.
